After a diverse background in construction and sales his gift for personal development was given a voice in 1995 when he became the programme director for RALI, a rich and dynamic multicultural youth leadership training. In the last 20 years his workshops and presentations have had an impact on the lives of more than 500,000 people throughout the globe in the Corporate, NGO, Government, Educational and public sectors. By 2013 he found himself speaking alongside Sir Richard Branson, Dr Demartini, and Loral Langemeier at the Success Summit in Johannesburg.
